Does R&P function in accordance with Polish Law?

Certainly. Services of R&P – The Chamber of Registries and Procedures are provided in accordance with and in reference to all respect due to the Polish legal system. Are the R&P services provided in accordance with the rules of the formal document confidentiality?

Yes. The way our services are provided, especially making formal documents available to our clients with preserved confidentiality (either by virtue of the law or upon our client’s request) is based on the restrictive procedure regulating such issues as sourcing of documents, placing the documents on the R&P server and provision the documents to the clients in the way of their choice. The procedure is based on the principle that the only people entitled to gaining an access to the content of the ordered confidential documents are: an R&P employee responsible for the order and the Client. In reference to the aforementioned, an access to the content of documents is excluded for third parties non-involved in the order procedure. How will the ordered documents be delivered to me?

R&P may provide you with the ordered documents in three ways:
a). electronic (download of documents from the server);
b). courier delivery (documents recorded on the DVD-ROM);
c). courier delivery (printed documents).

What is „Empowerment” („Upoważnienie do przeglądania oraz wykonywania kopii akt”) and when do I have to fill this document out?

Empowerment is a document which has to be filled out and signed by the client who would like to gain an access to the document copies of the court / administrative procedure with the help of R&P. Before you start filling out the Empowerment, please go through the Instruction sheet.

What are the safety procedures of R&P regarding the storage of the Clients’ and Subscribers’ personal data?

Personal data of our clients and the newsletter subscribers are sourced and stored with precautionary measures. The data is processed as a matter of right, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29/08/1997 (Dz.Ust.No.133, item 883) and the Act on Rendering Electronic Services dated 18/07/2002 (Dz.Ust.No.144, item 1204).
